E-mail: info@sationibags.com (Sationi). Providing the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the offered products (The Product), pre-order them (Order), read the blog "Did you know?" posts (Blog), use online chat (Chat) in accordance with the terms of service (Terms), in which the parts of the site "Payment", "Delivery", "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" are parts of these terms.

3.3. When placing an Order or open User account, the User has to provide correct and sufficient information about himself, including his real name, telephone, e-mail and other necessary information for the processing the Order.

3.4. The User must store login data in such a way that third parties do not find out about it, except for persons authorized by the User to represent the User for the use of the Website. Notify immediately by e-mail info@sationibags.com if the User's login data and (or) password have been lost or become known to third parties.

4.1. The website processes only the personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc. that the User has entered in the user account when registering it and when ordering the Products.

4.2. Sationi transfers personal data to delivery service providers only to provide the delivery of the Goods.

4.3. If the User has agreed to receive marketing communications from Sationi, including news, User will receive information about the latest offers and news. For this purpose, Sationi is given permission by the User to process the e-mail address and phone number provided during registration. The user has the option to opt out of receiving information notifications by writing to info@sationibags.com or by simply pressing the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

Sationi processes and manages the User's personal data in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia, a developed "Privacy Policy" Considering that this "Privacy Policy" contains important provisions of the Terms, we recommend the User to read them carefully to make sure that he understands all the provisions and are acceptable.

4.5. If the User detects improper operation of the Website and (or) disturbances in the operation of the Website, he must immediately inform Sationi by e-mail info@sationibags.com.

5.User responsibility

5.1. Sationi is not responsible of the technical, security or other malfunctions for software or hardware that may have been caused by the use of the Website (cookies, viruses, etc.)

5.2. Any content that is downloadable or otherwise obtainable through the Site may be downloaded by the User at his own risk, and the User is responsible for any damages to the User's computer system or device or data lost as a result of such downloading or use of the Services.

5.3. Sationi is not responsible for services unprovided or not provided on time due to the fault of third parties, e.g., internet, mobile communication providers, e-mail service providers.

5.4. The user is responsible for the correct use and storage of login data. The Company is not responsible for the losses that the User may have due to the use of this information by third parties.

The links are provided as a convenience to customers and Sationi has no control over the linked websites and Sationi does not evaluate the content of such websites and is not responsible for their content, the use of such websites or access to such websites.

6. Final terms

6.1. The website is operated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes that have arisen due to the operation of the Website or are related to it, are resolved through negotiations, but if an agreement cannot be reached, the agreement will be resolved through court according to the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

6.2. If one of the indications of these Terms is a contradiction to the law or if for any reason becomes partially or completely invalid, it does not invalidate all other provisions of the Terms.

6.3. The user must first submit a claim and/or complaint about the Website's operation and submit it in to Sationi. Requests and (or) complaints should be sent to info@sationibags.com, providing your name, email address, describing the inappropriate operation of the Website, error, interference, as well provide the date and duration, if possible.
